These Manufacturing Research 12 ga shotgun blanks are made from a fully injection molded plastic shot shell. We made these in order to reduce the cost of blank shooting. The hulls are 2” or 51 mm long, loaded with our house made flash powders, and packed down with our special Styrofoam wad that will disintegrate when fired. There is no projectile, but the blanks are still dangerous at less than 10 feet. Hearing and Eye protection should be worn at all times when using blanks.
